Banana bread breakfast biscuits. Normally I would say normal cookies, but because these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, then I'm really fairly in love. And if chocolate chips have been thrown into the mix? OMG!

Plus they just require 15 minutes to make and also clock in at about 60 calories per cookie. YES!

This really isn't a recipe. It is me telling you to mix two things together for sweet pride you don't need to feel guilty about.

For reals. No weird processed ingredients out of a box. Just all natural substances.

Dairy free. Gluten Free (use GF yogurt ). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I think they're a good breakfast (or healthy treat!) For whoever you're That's unless you're allergic to bananas or yoghurt. Sorry!

If desired you can add in some of these:

vanilla extract

Vanilla beans

Chocolate chips

Peanut butter chips

butterscotch

dried cranberries

raisins

Chopped walnuts, almond or pecans

coconut flakes

cocoa nibs

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place oats in blender or food processor and blend until oats become the consistency of bread; it's okay if it's not perfectly soil.

In large bowl mixed mashed banana oats until smooth. Add 1/2 cup of your chosen add in; I used dark chocolate chips plus a tsp of vanilla extract.

Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Drop dough by big spoon onto cookie sheet; then flatten a little using a rubber spatula. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack. Makes about 16 biscuits.
